We are offering Free TRACKED Express Shipping for all orders over 29.95£. For orders below 29.95£ the shipping cost is 5£.
Tracking will be provided via email as soon as your order is shipped.
How can I verify the progress of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible.
If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly reach out to us at contact@strapology.co.uk with your name and order number. We will investigate the matter for you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
STRAPOLOGY STORE is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
For our international customers, customs fees may apply which we are not responsible for. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
